At Democratee’s, we believe in full transparency. That’s why we track every eligible sale, publicly post receipts, and let you see the impact of your purchase in real time.

💵 How Donations Work

  • $5 from every eligible shirt purchase is allocated to one of our featured nonprofit organizations.
  • Donations are tallied throughout the calendar month.
  • Funds are disbursed to the selected nonprofits no later than the 5th of the following month.
  • Payout screenshots and totals are shared publicly for accountability.

🧾 Eligibility

  • Donations are calculated from the net sale of individual t-shirts, excluding taxes, discounts, or other product types unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or fraudulent may be excluded from donation totals.
  • If a featured nonprofit becomes unable or ineligible to receive funds (e.g. status changes, issues with payment processing), Democratee’s reserves the right to redirect the donation to a similar organization aligned with the monthly campaign theme.

🔐 Legal Disclosures

  • Democratee’s is a for-profit business, not a nonprofit or charity.
  • Donations are made directly by Democratee’s to the featured organizations — customer purchases are not tax-deductible.
  • Featured organizations are selected based on mission alignment and public reputation. Democratee’s is not formally affiliated with or endorsed by the listed nonprofits unless explicitly stated.

  • At checkout, you cast a vote for next month’s organization from a curated shortlist
  • Voting closes on the 25th of each month — the top-voted org gets the next spotlight
